HCI Courses
TU Dublin offers postgraduate programmes, which are funded under the Human Capital Initiative 2023. These courses are full-time and designed to meet priority skills needs. The Human Capital Initiative (HCI) aims to increase capacity in higher education to provide skills-focused programmes designed to meet priority skills needs.
Who can apply?
Everyone can apply for a HCI course regardless of your status of employment. The courses remain free of charge those unemployed. For those in employment there will be a fee of 10% of the contribution to the total course fee. Visit the Springboard+ portal for more information on eligibility criteria and details on how to apply.

Springboard+
Springboard+ is an upskilling initiative that offers a range of free and subsidised courses at certificate, degree, and master’s levels. These courses are designed to allow individuals to gain qualifications in areas with employment opportunities in the economy. Springboard+ courses at TU Dublin are created with industry, ensuring they are relevant and provide graduates with up-to-date skills and knowledge.
TU Dublin’s Springboard+ courses are available to many individuals, including those seeking employment, in employment, and recent graduates. The courses are typically offered part-time for a maximum of 12 months, allowing individuals to continue with their existing commitments.
